Follow Friday!

Hey guys!!  So, I'm totally yanking this from someone else *grins* because it was too awesome to pass up.

Welcome to the feature and follow hosted by Parajunkee and Alison from Alison Can Read. Such an awesome way to meet new people and gain new followers, so thank you both! There are tons of other sites, if you click on the picture link below, that I've been checking out for the past couple of hours. Make sure you take some time to cruise their sites, because like myself, you'll probably find new bloggers to fall in love with.

To those of you that are new to my site and wish to follow, I have two options. You can either subscribe by email on the bar to the left or you can add yourself to my followers box (GFC) if you have Google, Blogger, Twitter, yahoo, openID, AIM, or NetLog. A big thank you to those of you that do! I appreciate it.

Now, onto the big question.

What hyped up book do you think was worth all the talk?

The Black Dagger Brotherhood Series by J.R. Ward

When I was first introduced to this series a few years ago, my friends were practically thrusting the books at me. READ THESE! *fan girls screaming* So like any true vampire lover, I read them. Holy cow, was I in love after that. The next book comes out *supposedly* Spring 2013 and I know I'm not the only one about ready to pull my hair out with anticipation. If you like big sexy alpha males, guns, action, swooning maidens, and bad ass biker chicks...OH and vampires LOL. These books are for you.

Thanks for stopping by! XOXO NIGHT TEMPEST

  5. Desperately awaiting the final book, Lover at Last, where Qhuinn and Blay finally pull their heads out of their asses and fall in love. I am a longtime follower sister Night and am addicted to your writing. I check your blog probably twice a day. Thankyou for being so amazing!

  6. Hmm looks good, I might have to check this out as soon as I get a break from college. So the fan girls are screaming about this one, huh? Since I'm a proud Vampire fan girl I definitely HAVE to check this one out! :)

A great book that has vampires is "The Prince's Angel" by Mychael Black and Shane Carmichael OMG I love that ebook!! :) Don't hear too many people mentioning this book, but its amazing, so I have no idea why! I actually found an early account on Literotica from Mychael Black (under a different name) not too long ago. Its amazing how so many authors have come from that site! That was actually how I stumbled upon Night! :)

Another good author I have read is J.L. Langely. He doesn't write about vampires, but he does have a series about Werewolves, hot gay cowboys, and a really amazing sci-fi series!! (btw i'm not usually into sci-fi and i love the vampires so don't let the sci-fi part turn you off)

Will definitely have to check this one out though if the Amazing Night recommends it!! ;)

    1. I love the BDB series, just can't get enough. Have you read the insider's guide? She does some interviews with the brothers and it's filled with other fun things. I also like her Fallen Angel series, but Night, I have to tell you, as much as I love BDB, I have truly fallen for your series and if they were on the store shelf I would be buying every one. Absolutely love your writing, all the characters in it, and all the other fun things you do on your blog.

    2. @IvySummer Hey there! Thanks for reading and it looks like I have some e-book shopping to do. I write a ton, so finding time to read is pretty limited, but I will definitely take a peek. At least I know who the authors are though! That's a start. Lol Thanks so much!

  7. I also wanted to mention Sherrilynn Kenyon and her Dark Hunter series, she is a truly talented and amazing writer, also has the League series. Have you read any of these?

  8. Ok, this is my 3rd comment, sorry about that, but I just wanted to share, if you love the BDB series, you may enjoy Lara Adrians Midnight Breed series (vampires). Night, I love reading JR Ward, Sherrilynn Kenyon, Laurell K Hamilton, Christine Feehan, Charlaine Harris, and many others. The point i'm trying to get to here is, to me these are some greatest paranormal romance authors out there and you're right up there with them. Don't get me wrong, I love and appreciate that I get to read your work for free, i'm not complaining at all!! But you are a great writer and you bring something different with the gay male romance, totally turns me on! And I hope to see your work published. Keep up the great work, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!

    1. Hey Terre!

So I'm sure you won't be surprised to find out that I love and have read all those of those authors and own practically everything they've ever written. I'm a HUGE fan of Laurell. Anita and Meredith are some of my favorite characters of all time and LOVE the Midnight Breed series from Lara. I can't wait until the two boys grow up and we can see how that turns out. Personally, I think the assassin kid is going to go all serial killer, but we'll see. :)

Thanks for being a fan. I really appreciate the love. ♥
