Model Inspiration Feature: Mathias Lauridsen

You all know and love the character Cade from my vampire series. When I first wrote Cade's story, I had a variety of images for him in my head, but no one fit the bill quite like Mathias Lauridsen. He's classy, edgy, and for some reason, I always picture him as this Cruel Intentions type character. I'm sure he's a sweet guy in real life, but in the photos, I just get that vibe. Which is good, because damn, that movie--unf.

Today we'll take a little look at the male model who got the gears going, for me at least. LOL. 

A few facts about Matthias: 

He has been rather fortunate as a male model. His resume heavy with top names in the design world: Gucci, Jil Sander, Christian Dior, Hermes, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Perry Ellis, DKNY, Lacoste, Kenzo, Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss.

He's Danish. Born in Copenhagen in 1984.

There's a scar on his face. In my opinion it only adds to his beauty. Flaws make us real, even in print. :)

He's 6' 1"

Here's a song that reminds me of Cade. Kids of 88 - Nerves (One of my fave indie/electronic bands) If you haven't guessed, I have a thing for eighties beats. :)
